Rob Petersen
From his early years as a carpenter in the homebuilding industry to his eventual ownership of Carriage Homes, Rob has dedicated his whole career to the perfection of fine, luxury homes. Through leading Carriage Homes to becoming an award winning home builder for Best Estate Home, both local, provincial and nationally, his commitment is reflected in every home he builds. From being known for some of Edmonton’s most sought after designs, to his desire to continuously provide his clients with personal one on one service, Rob’s legacy knows no bounds. As Rob begins this new chapter with Altera, his penchant for innovative design will regenerate Edmonton’s luxury home landscape and create a better future for modern living.
Steve Ruggiero
Since the early 2000s, Steve has cast a tremendous wake in the homebuilding industry with his strategic leadership and business acumen. As the part-owner and CEO of Kimberley Homes for over a decade, Steve, grew Kimberley to become the largest and most sought-after custom home builders in Edmonton, winning Builder of the Year seven times in ten years and being named the highest-ranked builder from the voice of the customer an additional three times. Steve has played a major role in the development of luxury homes throughout his career. He is a past president of CHBA-Edmonton, vice-chair of the Alberta New Home Warranty Program, a Certified Master Builder and Renovator, and has been individually recognized seven additional times for his contributions to the home building industry and the business community. With a strong team at the helm of Kimberley, this next step with Altera has re-ignited Steve’s passion and desire to bring the finest luxury homes to life through a seamless and refined journey.
